Our Continuous IVF Embryology Support Package is designed to provide personalised embryology guidance and support throughout your IVF journey — from preparation and treatment through to your post-cycle debrief.
The package is available on a monthly basis, with the duration tailored to the length of your individual IVF journey.
What’s Included
Initial Consultation & IVF Laboratory Education
Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation designed to prepare you for what to expect from the embryology laboratory. We will guide you through the key stages of the IVF laboratory process, explain relevant terminology and provide an understanding of what happens from egg collection and fertilization through to embryo development and transfer or cryopreservation.
Ongoing Support Throughout Your IVF Cycle
As your treatment progresses, you will have continued access to our team for embryology-related questions and support. As you receive updates from the laboratory, we can help you understand your results, explain laboratory terminology and provide context around the information you receive.
You will have access to personal WhatsApp support 7 days a week, during reasonable hours, allowing you to reach out when you have questions or would like to discuss your laboratory updates. Where appropriate, we can arrange a call to discuss your questions in greater detail.
Post-Cycle Debrief
At the conclusion of your IVF cycle, we will provide a comprehensive post-cycle debrief. Together, we will review and unpack your embryology results and laboratory reports, helping you understand what happened throughout your cycle and what your results mean.
Rather than navigating each stage of your IVF journey alone, this package provides a consistent point of contact for embryology education, explanation and support from pre-treatment through to post-cycle.
Our aim is to help you feel informed, supported and confident in understanding the laboratory aspects of your fertility treatment.

Terms and Conditions:
Monthly Package Duration & Renewal
The Continuous IVF Embryology Support Package is provided on a month-to-month basis and is designed to accommodate the individual timelines of each patient's IVF journey.
Package Duration
Each package covers one calendar month of support, beginning on the date your package is activated. Your support will remain available for the duration of that month, regardless of where you are within your IVF treatment cycle.
As IVF treatment timelines can vary, you may choose to continue your support for additional months if your treatment journey extends beyond the initial package period.
Monthly Renewal
At the end of each monthly period, you may choose to renew your package for another month if you would like continued support.
Renewal is not automatic. We will confirm with you before the next monthly period begins, allowing you to decide whether ongoing support is required.
If your IVF journey is completed before the end of your monthly package, the package will remain active until the end of the paid monthly period; however, unused time is not transferable to another person or treatment cycle.
Additional Treatment Cycles
If you begin a new IVF cycle after your package has ended, a new monthly package will need to be arranged.
If your treatment cycle extends into a subsequent month, you can simply renew your package to continue receiving ongoing embryology support.
Our aim is to provide flexible support that follows your journey — not to add unnecessary commitments during an already complex time.
